How will Care be Arranged?
A Dependability manager will visit you and your family at home or in
hospital to agree what assistance you require.
We will listen and take account of your needs. Based on our visit we
will produce a Care Plan. Each visit will be carefully tailored to your
particular needs, and the Care Plan will be regularly reviewed with you.
